Shipping And Delivery
Free Shipping across Pakistan Above order of Rs 2000/- Below order of Rs 2000, delivery charges will be Rs 200/- The customer will usually get an order in 4-6 business days after the order has shipped out. After your payment is authorized, it can take up to 2 days for us to process your order and ship it. This is just an estimate and does not include weekends and holidays. We do not ship to P.O Boxes. Delivery can take longer in remote areas in Pakistan. “Cash On Delivery” orders will be processed after successful telephonic verification. Exchange Policy
Products can be exchanged within 14 days for purchase. For this, customer have to send us back the parcel. Please note that the product must be unused and unopened with the price label attached. We don’t offer cash returns however you may also return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full amount credit voucher. Vouchers can be used to shop your favorite bedding products from our website, and have a validity of 2 months from the date of issuance. Products purchased on sale or during promotions cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
